Shipping & Returns

Our goal at Spafair is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read carefully our Shipping & Return Policy.

Shipping Policy:

Most items are processed and ready for the shipment within 24-48 hours. Most products are delivered within 3 to 5 business days, but may take up to 2-4 weeks. 

Due to all public health and safety guidelines, there may be occasional delays. The maximum delivery time is currently 31 days. 

Please note that SAUNAS delivery time is 7-20 business days. If you purchase a Sauna, you’ll be required to provide a phone number to schedule your delivery time.

Return Policy:

Damages to the merchandise while in transit or defects in manufacturing are rare, but occasionally do occur. If an item you received from Spafair is damaged or defective, you can return for a refund or replacement within 14 days after the order was delivered. 

We ensure that all products are brand new and in excellent condition prior to shipping.  In the event of receiving an item which does not conform to those standards, we will request you to kindly email us the photographs of the defective product. Thereafter, please email us at info@spafair.co to request a return label.

Please retain the original package for returns, otherwise, 15% restocking fee (if the original package is lost) may apply to your return. Returns should be shipped within 7 days of receiving a Return Authorization.

Defective item returns will be subject to a $15 return shipping fee per shipping label.

All return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.

 

 

Non-quality related returns:

1. If you paid and decided that you do not want the item, or you purchased the item in error, you may request your money back within 14 days after the order was placed on the website. The amount charged for shipping (if any) will not be refunded. You (the buyer) will also be responsible for the return shipping charges.

If you insist on returning the item, feel free to contact us via email to state your return reason and request a return label. Our customer care support will inform you of the shipping cost. All return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund. Please note that returned products must be in original condition for them to be eligible for return and resale. The product should be unused, unwashed and undamaged and all packaging, labels and tags must remain intact and be attached with the item.

2. You can also choose a self-selecting logistics company to return the item, and the shipping expenses shall be borne by yourself. When you need the refund to be issued, please send us an email indicating the order details and return tracking number to expedite the refund process.

Once the returned product has been received and if the item(s) are as per our return policy, we will then process your refund. Please allow us up to two weeks to process your return, and up to 30 days to process your refund. We will always do our best to process your return and issue your refund as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellation:

Cancellation must happen before the item is shipped. Orders are usually shipped within 24-48 hours.

Order cancellation before shipment: You could contact us via email info@spafair.co to have the order cancelled timely. Indicating the order details, such as the order number, receiver's name, and other key information, it will help us to locate your order immediately and cancel it in a prompt manner to avoid unnecessary troubles. Once you get a cancellation confirmation from our customer care team, the full refund will be issued to you in 5-7 business days.

 

Package Lost

After you have received the tracking number, still you haven't got the item by the expected delivery date. You may look around, check it with your neighbors, and contact the shipping company. After which, the package still does not show itself up. Contacting us with your phone number, we would set up a lost package claim against the shipping company to have your matter taken care of. It will take a week or so to get the investigation result from the shipping company. Please wait patiently during the period, and we would take a relevant measure to have it settled.
