Shipping & Returns
Our goal at SPAFAIR is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read carefully our Shipping & Return Policy.
Most items are processed and ready for the shipment within 2-3 business days. Most products are delivered within 5-10 business days, but may take up to 4 weeks (for most of the handmade products).
*Due to all Covid-19 public health and safety guidelines, there may be occasional delays.
Please note that SAUNAS delivery time is 7-20 business days. If you purchase a Sauna, you’ll be required to provide a phone number to schedule your delivery time.
Damages to the merchandise while in transit or defects in manufacturing are rare, but occasionally do occur. If an item you received from SPAFAIR or our supplier is damaged upon delivery or item is defective, please take pictures of the damaged product and packaging, so SPAFAIR and/or our supplier can file a claim with the insurance.
*Sauna shipping damages: If the order was received and it is visibly damaged, then please refuse the delivery. If the damage wasn’t visible upon delivery, please take pictures/video and we will either send you replacement parts or return for a refund.
**Handmade products. Please note that handmade products may be slightly different in size or color due to one-of-a-kind product nature.
If the issue with a product is non-quality or shipping damage related, please still reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a possible solution. We will our best to assist you with your case.
! Please note: You (the buyer) may be responsible for the return shipping charges for non-quality related returns.
If we authorized the return, the item should be shipped within 7 days of receiving a Return Authorization.
Please retain the original package for all returns, otherwise, 15% restocking fee (if the original package is lost) may apply to your return.
Once the returned product has been received, we will then process your refund. Please allow us up to two weeks to process your return, and up to 30 days to process your refund. We will always do our best to process your return and issue your refund as quickly as possible.
After you have received the tracking number, still you haven't got the item by the expected delivery date. You may look around, check it with your neighbors, and contact the shipping company. After which, the package still does not show itself up. Contacting us with your phone number, we would set up a lost package claim against the shipping company to have your matter taken care of. It will take a week or so to get the investigation result from the shipping company. Please wait patiently during the period, and we would take a relevant measure to have it settled.
