Return Policy:

Unless the item received is the wrong product or arrived damaged, we do not accept any returns. 

Damages to the merchandise while in transit or defects in manufacturing are rare, but occasionally do occur. If an item you received from SPAFAIR or our supplier is damaged upon delivery, please take pictures of the damaged product and packaging, so SPAFAIR and/or our supplier can file a claim with the insurance.

Please provide us with these photos within 7 days after delivery at info@spafair.co. We will then be able to send you new goods afterwards or issue a refund. 

 

*Sauna shipping damages: If the order was received and it is visibly damaged, then please refuse the delivery. If the damage wasn’t visible upon delivery, please take pictures/video and we will either send you replacement parts or return for a refund.

 

**Handmade products. Please note that handmade products may be slightly different in size or color due to one-of-a-kind product nature.

 

If we authorized the return, the item should be shipped within 7 days of receiving a Return Authorization.

 

Non-quality related returns

If the issue with a product is non-quality or shipping damage related, please still reach out to us at info@spafair.co for a possible solution. We will our best  to assist you with your case.

Please retain the original package for all returns, otherwise, 15% restocking fee (if the original package is lost) may apply to your return.

You (the buyer) may be responsible for the return shipping charges for non-quality related returns.

Once the returned product has been received, we will then process your refund. Please allow us up to two weeks to process your return, and up to 30 days to process your refund. We will always do our best to process your return and issue your refund as quickly as possible.
